Ta' Pinu Madonna
On the 18th of April 2010, after the offering of a gold rose by Pope Benedict XVI on the Floriana Granaries, the miraculous image of the Ta" Pinu Madonna was taken to the Basilica Sanctuary of O L of Mt Carmel in Valletta. On the 22nd April 2010, the miraculous image was carried in pilgrimage to the city gate on it's way back to Gozo.
